• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Handmade items typically require a processing time of 2- 3 business days before shipping.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Warm Weather Shipping: During summer months, Paisano Picks is not responsible for items (like candles or chocolate) that may melt during transit. Ordering such items is at the customer’s own risk. 

5. Returns & Refunds

• Final Sale: Due to the curated and/or personalized nature of our gift boxes and handmade goods, all sales are Final Sale unless the item arrives damaged.
• Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us at paisanopicks@gmail.com within 5 of delivery with photo evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
